He had to actually show up at some point. And, well, Calypso figured that this day was as good as any. But he'd still had to drag himself out of bed to get there. Another night spent on music, rather than sleep, and he could hardly keep his eyes open. Calypso sighed... maybe he needed more coffee. Leaning against the wall, he took a look around the school's entrance. A little too... something for his taste. Now what he would have done? Painted it white, then let all the students use the walls for whatever, to draw, doodle, write on... But, of course, try convincing the school to allow it. It wasn't likely to happen.
So, taking out a permanent marker, Calypso didn't draw on the wall. Instead, he pushed up his sleeve and drew on his arm. It was kind of a habit with him, drawing on himself. But most people never knew, because he often wore long sleeves, keeping his skin covered. And he preferred it that way. As far as anyone knew, his only art was music. Even that he didn't let just anyone know about. While he was good at any sort of art he chose, Calypso just didn't believe that he was. So rarely did he let anyone hear a song he wrote, and even more rarely did he let them see a drawing.

A second away form the annoying school bell she was trying to get some last mnute song writting in for a new Abulm. WScreaming in fury she has spent all night singing and trying to write her new ablum and only one song had been wirtten! Screaming again she sighed and pushed back a recently died brunette lock behind her ear as the wrinkles underneath her eyes proved she had not got an inch of beaty sleep. Tears streaked her eyes from the stupid air frensnier i nthe air and her masscara was running down her face. She looked awful and was going to skip schoo ltoday for sure and jsut relax. Sigihng, she began singing a little poem she had wirrtten. Nothing much and nothing anyone should have heard.

Thinking he heard something, Calypso looked up from his drawing... to realize that he wasn't alone. When had that happened? But it was a fact, and when it became a fact didn't really matter. He looked at the other person, a girl, looking about as miserable and sleepless as he felt. Mascara running, and all. He smiled a little. She looked like she could use some friendliness. So, after putting away his pen and fixing his sleeve, Calypso walked over to where she was. "Hello," he said, with one of his almost-smiles. "I'm Calypso. And you look about half-dead there." Sure, the words might have sounded like something that could offend her, but he didn't think they would. It was all in the way a person said them, after all. And he'd tried not to sound mean at all. More friendly, or something. Maybe friendly and slightly amused? He laughed to himself, so quietly that she probably wouldn't have noticed. It was funny how much more alert he was just seeing that someone else was there. But Calypso was like that... always his best around others.

Hearing a slight ruffle she looked up and quickly stuffed her songs, poems, drawings and stuff into hwer back-pack. Standing she sighed and folded her arms around her stomach, acting like a sheild for her heart was the arm's jobs and they did it well. She sighed and replied a cold Hi and added, I am sorry I sound rude and scared you I am about msue right now though. She sighed and brushed back her hair as a group of girls came around the corner and looked at her odly. Sticking her tounge out at them she laughed as they gave her a dirty look and scurried off like the scared mice they were.

He was a little put off by her cold tone, but Calypso was not one to let that stop him from meeting a new person. "Do you have a name?" he asked, looking at her with his head tilted to the side just slightly. He had, after all, introduced himself. And she hadn't. Seeing her stick her tongue out at the girls, Calypso laughed. "Anyone who can scare people off by sticking out their tongue... at this age... is worthy of respect. So nice to meet you, whoever you are." He smiled. Calypso let his messenger bag down, resting it on the floor next to him. He definitely wasn't about to walk away and find someone else to talk to. This girl had him interested.

"Soul Loe? Kind of like solo?" Calypso asked her, with another smile. That's what the name had reminded him of, anyway. But then again, things music related were almost always on Calypso's mind. He was trying to get his music out there, get famous. But the problem was that his band, at the moment, consisted of only him. And it was nameless. But there was the bigger problem, of course. And that was becoming famous when he hardly let anyone listen to his songs. But if he was famous, he wouldn't worry so much that it wasn't good enough.

She laughed at his joke and looked around making no one was listening and whispering Can you keep a secret? My real name is Hilary Duff and I am not like I seem. She sighed and took a step back looking around she smirked and spoke I am a solo singer with my band but that is pretty much it. Laughing she whatched him with a faint smile on her face, but a amaused one to.

"You're Hilary Duff?" he asked, looking at her kind of sideways. Well, she definitely had a resemblance.. but, you could never be sure what all those celebrities looked like in reality, without all that make up. But she didn't seem like he'd thought she would be. Let's face it... he would have thought Hilary Duff was kind of an annoyingly hyper, stuck up, preppy girl. So he wasn't exactly sure if she was serious here, or just making something up because she knew how much she looked like the actress/singer. But he figured he might as well believe her. "Not like you seem meaning... not like you seem on TV and stuff?" If that's what she meant, he would be relieved.
