Sara walked down to the park, in her black jean skirt, blue tank top, white zip-up hoodie and white ballet flats. She sat down on a swing. She placed her bag down beside her, then she began to swing gently. She closed her eyes for a moment as she remembered how her [sara's] mom used to take her and her brothers to the park during the day, when they were much younger.
Sara sighed quietly to herself as she planted her feet on the ground as she stopped swinging. She looked around the park, at moms, and toddlers. The moms constantly chasing the toddlers around the park, making sure they aren't getting hurt. Complete and unconditional love. The mothers looked exhausted, but they were still smiling, laughing ans chasing after the loves of their lives. It had been a while since Sara experienced that kind of love. Her dad ignored her unless he wanted something, and her mom was dead. Sara looked down, she knew that her mom was gone, so who would give that unconditional love that everyone lives for. She took out her ipod. She placed the ear buds in her ears and she turned it on. She was listening to Dashboard Confessional. So Sara sat there cut off from the rest of the world.
Sara was in her own little world, trying to remember a specific time her mom took her to the park. But no matter how hard she tried she couldn't. All the excursions blended together, like a life time at the park. But that's not what she wanted. Was to feel the security of her parents being there for her, but they weren't. and eventhough she did have friends, and she did hang out with them, she constantly felt as if she were alone. She wasnted to feel normal again. Whatever 'normal' was.
Sara knew that she really had to grow up, and she had to stop being such a big baby about what had happened. It was in the past and she had to get over it. She had her friends, and her older brother, and they all cared about her.. so why was that not enough? why did she need more. It didn't make any sense to her, and she was sure that it didn't really make any sense to anyone else. She believed that it was because the people she hung out with really didn't care, because they were to caught up in themselves.

Chris had been jogging about because of boredom and he couldn't really find anyone that wanted to do what he wanted and that was just hang out, talk and listen to music. Then he saw a girl, a familiar girl. She was sitting on a swing. Her back was towards him and yet he knew who it was. Sara-Marie was her name, a beautiful girl sara. His sleeves were rolled up and his shorts were well shorts. Christopher placed his hand on her back and pushed her some, allowing the swing once more to contain movement.
"Well if it isn't Ms. Sara-Marie.. you still haven't said yes to my marriage proposal.. and that hurts.. it hurts so much" he became overdramatic with his words. He was just playing around, trying to get a smile on Sara's face. Christopher always had an interesting way to start a conversation atleast with Sara.
"You look as if you could use some company.."
He was tempted to take the shirt off because it was entirely too hot. Looking around for a moment he wondered if anyone had a pool nearby that he could just jump into. It seemed forever since hwas in a pool. could Chris even swim? His hand went on her back as she swung back towards him and pushed her once more.

Sara nearly had a heart attack when she felt someone begin to push her. She quickly took an earbud out of one of her ears, and she slowly turned her head to the left to see who it was. She let out a small sigh of relief when she was Chris standing behind her. Chris was a nice guy, and not to mention he was really cute. They had a couple classes together, and they were pretty close. "I'm pretty sure I just had a heart attack" she said dramatically, as she tried not to laugh.
"But you're right" Sara started "It is I. Ms.Sara-Marie" she said with a small smile. Thoughts of her family were quickly pushed out of her thoughts, as she continued to look at Chris. "I know I haven't" she said as she took a slight pause "I'm still trying to decide wether or not my dad would kill me for getting married now" she said as he smile grew. "As soon as i've figured that out... I'll be sure to let you know." she said with a small cute nod. "Cause I'm sure it does hurt.. very much, because it's me."
Sara paused as Chris spoke again. She nodded "I could always use some company hun." she said with a smile. "But just to warn you I've gotten a little boring" she said jokingly. "So if you really don't want to hang out with someone boring.. I do understand" Sara said with a light laugh.
Sara smiled a little bit more. It had been a while since someone had pushed her on the swing. It was really nice of Chris... But then again he was a really thoughtful, sweet guy. Well at least her was to Sara, she never really noticed how he treated others.

He smiled and then it faded away when she started to say she was boring. "Well then why am I here trying to conversate with a boring person" He began to walk away but turned back around and walked back over to her giving her another push. "I don't see any boring person.. around here do you Miss Sara Maria.. because some random girl just told me there was a boring person on a swing.. can you believe that?" He only acted this way around her. Around Sara he could be crazy, he could be sweet and he could show emotion eve though he really didn't want to, but he felt good around her.
"Sara " He stated stopping the swing and speaking in her ear. "you will never be boring to me" He started to push the swing once more. "You always find a way to catch my attention.." Christopher continued to gently push her on the swing.

Sara giggled lightly. She honestly thought of herself as a boring person. But apparently not everyone felt that way.. including Chris. Sara shook her head lightly "You know what Chris" Sara started as she looked back at him once again "I'm pretty sure you're actually insane" she said with a small smirk, as she turned her head back to look straight a head as they continued to talk. "Well Chris, I do believe it." she said with a small smile. "It's shocking I know." she said still looking straight a head. Sara always had lots of fun when she hung out with Chris. He was one of her first friends at the school, and she wouldn't change that for anything.
Sara smiled as Chris began to whisper into her ear "Well thank you Chris" Sara said with a light giggle. "I'm glad that I at least catch your attention.. Even though it is you" Sara said trying not to laugh. "Oh and just for the record... You aren't boring either my dear.. Especially when you give me a friggen heart attack!!" she said with a light laugh.

"Well I'm never boring.. not even in my sleep" He tossed and turned for atleast ten minutes before he could fall asleep. He smirked as he continued to push for a moment before he sat down on the swing next to her.
"I don't know why but every time I pass her i get on the swing.. when I know I have motion sickness" He could handle some things.. rollercoaster and swings he could not. He just didn't like that type of adrenaline apparently.
"So why is a classy gal like yourself out in these parts by yourself" he put an accent on as if he had popped out of an old black and white film.

Sara laughed "Well I'm not very boring while I sleep either. Or at least that's what all the boys tell me" she said jokingly. Sara was known to get around though, and most people viewed her as the school slut. But Sara didn't care, she just ignored those people. If they were going to be jerks she didn't need them in her life.
Sara laughed, as she shook her head slightly. "Well maybe you should use that pretty little head of yours.. and actually think about what you're doing" Sara said with another light laugh. Sara absolultely loved the swings, and rollercoasters, and multiple other things that required motion that she knew Chris wouldn't like.
"Well I'm sure you aren't talking about me.." Sara started "Cause I'm not the least bit Classy." she said as she looked over at Chris with a smile. "But I'm just sitting here watching the world pass me by" Sara said as she matched Chris' accent in a feminin way. She giggled lightly as she began to speak again. "And what brings you out to the park today?" Sara asked with a smile.

"why none other to flirt with a lovely young lady" He smirked. " I was out jogging" He stated simply to explain hsi reason for being here. He looked to his feet for a while. nothing came to mind to say so he stayed quiet. Since when had he never been able to come up with something to say. He was staring to hate the silence, even though it had been maybe only half a second it felt longer.
