Jayce could feel a smirk coming to his lips as he felt her finger tracing the outline of his jaw. As her eyes widened and her mouth hung up, he burst into a fit of laughter. “Well, of course you didn’t. I mean, what /bad/ things could there possibly be to say about /me/? He joked around, of course; Jayce wasn’t that vain.
As she began her words, and her accent was growing stronger, he put in all his attention to listen to what she was saying. The second she allowed his simple name to slip through her lips, it was like it had been completely transformed. For the first time in forever, a squeal escaped the boys lips. But, when he heard her make fun of her name once again he pouted. “Faye, your name is gorgeous. What are /you/ thinking?” He shook his head some, as if she was completely insane.
As her eyes were locked with his own a smile came to his pale pink lips. He didn’t dare look away from her, though, holding the gaze as long as possible without it seeming awkward.

Faye's eyes twinkled. "I can think of a few things..." She teased, a smooth laugh escaping her light pink lips. Watching him for another moment she shook her head at his words. "Yeah yeah..." Her dark eyes rolled and she stretched out on the floor.
"Don't you shake your head at me!" She demanded playfully. Arching a brow she glared at him, the way a three year old would when refused something. For some reason, everything seemed to stop as they stared softly into one anothers eyes. The fact that it wasn't awkward atall was strange to Faye...
Slowly she pulled her eyes away, her cheeks flushing a soft pink, her white teeth teasing her lower lip.

When Faye stated that she could think of a few things, he knew she was just teasing, but he actually wondered if she could. He let out a gasp, his jaw dropping for a moment. "Jaycey wants to know!" He said, nodding some. When she said 'yeah, yeah' and rolled her eyes he smiled. "Don't believe me?"
Jayce suddenly stopped shaking his head at her sudden command and couldn't help put laugh. "Sowwwyy." He said softly, grinning some at her adorable glare.
As they sat there in a sudden silence that had fallen upon the two of them; Jayce knew he wasn't going to be the one to break the contact, and he wasn't. As her eyes pulled away from him, he looked down, smiling softly to himself. As he looked back up he couldn't help but allow his smile to grow at the soft shade of pink that had come to her lips.

Shaking her head she sat up, now almost level with him, although she was quite a bit shorter than--most people. "Well, Jaycey can't know, because Faye doesan't know yet..." She replied in a matter-of-fact tone, her eyes dancing with delight.
She shook her head once more. "No, actually, I don't.." She glared some more, although the playful pout on her lips soon turned into a smile and she rested her head upon his shoulder.
Her short locks ruffled by the action of her head falling upon his strong shoulder she laughed. Closing her eyes she sighed peacefully. Her dark optics covered by the downcast veil of her thick eyelashes.

Jayce watched as she sat up from her laying position. As she began to speak, his head tilted to the side ever so slightly, causing some of his ebony hair to fall into his eyes. He didn't bother to move it though, it would simply fall back. Plus, he was too lazy. ^^ "Oh rea--" He cut himself off suddenly, as he realized that she hadn't stated anything bad about him. "Jaycey appreicates it." He finished himself off, a smile on his lips.
"I would never lie to you, Missy." Jayce said, pouting some as she said she didn't believe him. "I'm not going to leave you alone until you believe what I said." He probably wouldn't leave her alone either way, but eh, whatever. xD
As her head rested on his shoulder, his smile grew. He allowed his head to tilt over slightly and rest on hers gently.

Laughing she asked. "Is that a threat or a promise?" She winked with a smirk, although the though of Jayce not leaving her alone wasn't that bad. Not bad atall. Laughing as she pushed her thoughts away she leant her head upon his shoulder once more.
Feeling his ebony locks collide with her own dark hair she smiled gentl. Ruffling his hair she giggled, knowing he didn't like having his hair messed with. But if he didn't mind, there'd be no fun in it.
"You got any plans for this weekend?" She asked casually, slowly moving her head from his shoulder, smiling as she patiently waited for his response.

Jayce smirked as she winked at him. "It was meant to be a threat but it looks like I'm going to have to come up with something better." He stated with a small laugh. Maybe he should do that some day. Just follow her around everywhere blabbing on about nothing, trying to drive her crazy.
As she ruffled his hair he pouted and growled playfully. He brought one of his hands up and ran it through his hair, before poking the girls stomach gently.
As she asked if he had any plans for the weekend, he lifted his head from hers. "Actually, I don't. Anything crossing through your mind?" He asked her, grinning slightly as he caught her gaze again.

She laughed and nodded. "That may be a good idea Jayceface..." She stated with a mock stern look, as she flipped her hair from her eyes. "You shoul;d put greater care into things Mr. Starr..." She quoted, something their English teacher had been babbling on about earlier that day. Laughing she squealed as he poked her stomanche.
"Jayce!" She exclaimed, posing his nose with a smirk. "Don't poke me..." Pulling a face she let her eyes wander the room, until her thoughts dissolved as he began to speak once more.
"I have a History thing to do on Fort Greene, so I'm taking a day trip there..." She replied, rolling her eyes. She hated History, hated everything about it. The fact that she was putting in any effort atall was a huge bonus. It was a whole class assignment, but only two or three people had been assigned Frt Greene to photograph and write an essay on. "Where'd you get?" She asked politely.

"Well, give me some time, I'll come up with something reallllyy good." Jayce stated, nodding rather energetically. He laughed at her words, remembering exactly where and who had said it. He shook his head some at the words the teacher had said to him several hours before.
As she squealed from him poking her and told him not to he rose a brow slightly. "Why not? You ticklish?" He asked, smirking, as he brought his index finger over to her stomach and poked it again.
At the sound of her having to take a day trip for a project, he pouted. But, as he heard the name of the place she was doing, it disappeared immediatly. "No... way.. Faye.." He brought his hand over his mouth, letting a gasp out into it. As she asked what place he was doing, he put his arm around her shoulders, gently. "Guesss."

She laughed. "I'll give you all the time in the world, Sweetie..." She reassured him with a grin. "No, not ticklish..." She lied, her eyes widening. Sighing softly as she was pulled into a hug she smiled. Seeing the time she gasped. "sh!t... ahh. No..."
Growling to herself she stood. "Sorry, I really have to go. I promised some family friends I'd babysit, and I'm already late..." She shook her head, annoyed with herself. "Uhm, I'll speak to you soon yeah?"

Jayce couldn't help but laugh as she said she would give him all the time in the world. At her not ticklish comment, he simply poked her again, knowing that the words slipping through her lips were total lies.
His eyes watched her as she stood, standing suddenly himself. "It's fine." Jayce said, and smiled at her next words. "Of course." He paused for a moment, "See ya, Faye." He added rather softly, as she began to walk out.
